Burnsall Village Hall is perfectly equipped for that cost effective business event. Both the Main Hall and the Meeting Room are fully equiped with projector screens, projector with laptop/MP3 connection and Wi-Fi access. Both rooms are warm comfortable environments in which to conduct your meeting in either a formal or relaxed setting.
This can seat up to 120 theatre style, or can be set out in a more informal style with tables and chairs. In addition to the audio visual systems mentioned above, the hall is also equipped with a sound system, including amplification, radio mics and an induction loop system. For working groups, the facilities will allow breakout groups to meet in the Meeting Room, Green Room (seats about 10-15) or on the stage, allowing for up to four separate small groups to meet at the same time before returning to the main hall for plenary sessions.
The Meeting Room can seat up to 30 people theatre style or up to 20 in boardroom style, making it perfect for smaller meeting requirements.
Beyond traditional business meetings, Burnsall Village Hall offers a versatile setting for charity evenings and social fundraisers. Transform the Main Hall into a glamorous casino night venue, where guests can mingle over classic board games or try their luck at roulette, blackjack, and poker tables. The flexible layout and built‑in sound system create the perfect atmosphere for a lively yet sophisticated party, ensuring your charitable cause takes centre stage while guests enjoy interactive entertainment. Should your supporters be unable to attend in person, they can still join the fun from home – for example, they can explore no‑wagring online casinos to enjoy similar games virtually and keep the spirit alive.
